Betti is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher registered with the International Yoga Alliance (E–RYT 500). She’s studied and practiced a diverse variety of yoga styles for over 15 years in locations throughout Asia, Europe, and the U.S. The name Amodini means “the one who brings joy and happiness,” and was given to Bettina by one of her main teachers in India. This is the purpose of her teachings and her mission in life. You will meet Betti mainly at SUNSET YIN YOGA and beginner classes at High Park.
Anns goal as a yoga teacher is for each of her students to improve their practice, so she tailors the class to challenge each student’s abilities. Just as important, I also try to make her classes fun and share her enthusiasm about yoga, so they will enjoy the class and want to continue practicing yoga. Serge is a blooming 60 year young doctor who started Yoga at the age of ten. So he is not a repent, yoga is a second nature and he is not fanatic about it. Has been teaching on the Island for the past 17years and teaching JOY YOGA, a unique blend out of Acro& Pilates at High Park.
Bowie finished her 200hrs Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in India and is teaching since 5 years on beautiful KohSamui. Her style is a unique mix out of strength, flexibility and balancing. She is one of our BEER YOGA teachers at High Park.
Yoga has taken him to the world capital of yoga Rishikesh, India where he qualified as a Yoga Teacher (Advanced Yoga Teacher, RYT 500) more over, in his own travel as self- discovery he also had wonderful opportunities to practice and share yoga with others in many countries around the globe. It doesn’t matter that you’re big or small, black or white young or old, yoga is the most beautiful thing that designed for everyone. Prie is mainly teaching HANGOVER Sunday yoga at High Park.
From a young age, the arts, music and movement of the body influenced Chris. Sound and sports always had a place together but he always questioned what the connection actually was. Yoga and meditation was the answer. After ten years of dedicated yoga practice it was time for Chris to share what he had learned and he completed his first 200 hours training on Samuiin 2014, Chis is mainly teaching LIVE DJ power Flow classes ar High Park.
Anete believes people are born and live in yoga. As with the first inhale, step, thought, till the last exhale. All the journey in between is yoga. The path to ourselves, into the world and beyond. Anete believes we are born to experience, explore, embrace and understand this path. And asana practice is a great time and place when to ask yourself – Why? What? How?

Alisa is a recognized and respected Yoga and Meditation Instructor / Teacher on the island paradise of KohSamui, Thailand. She is admired for her passion, calming influence and inspirational style that embodies physical, spiritual, and mental strength.
We offer and host 2 sessions daily, one in the morning (10:30 AM to 11:30 PM), and another in the evening (5:30 M to 6:30 PM).
